This issue of Key Opinions in Medicine provides an overview of the management strategies in early myelofibrosis (MF), and is particularly useful for applications in Asian countries. Two experts int he field, Dr. Harry Gill from University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong and Dr. Yap Eng Soo from the National University Hospital, Singapore, each contributed to the article by providing insights into the significance of early intervention and treatment recommendations for MF based on robust clinical trial results and real-world experience.
